It goes a little something like this…
Chat and site visit
First up, let's have a chat. The more information you can provide us with from the start, the better. Tell us about your project, your ideas, where you are at with it, if you've got architectural drawings, timescales etc.
If it sounds like we can help, next up, we'd like to meet you and see the space/property. This is an ideal opportunity for us to talk through your project and plans in a bit more detail.
We'll ask about your budget. It’s always a tricky one we know but we need to know what your budget is and how that fits with your ideas, required finishing and the work involved.
Scoping out
If architectural designs are required, we are happy to work with your architect or introduce you to an architect who can help with initial designs and set out the scope of the works involved. Based on these initial designs we will provide an initial cost estimate based on certain materials and a proposed project plan setting out timings etc.
Commitment
If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll draw up a contract for the works. We can talk further about materials, finishes and other aspects the project in order to bring about the final designs and provide a more detailed costing of the works. We'll agree a start date with you and initial project length.
On site
We'll be on site to start the job on the agreed date. We want to limit the stress so throughout the build, we'll work closely with you, checking in with you regularly on timescales and progress.
There may be mess and noise and disruption but we'll do our best to keep this to a minimum. We'll keep you in the loop on when things are going to noisy or messy so you can vacate and/or let the neighbours know.
Importantly, we’ll co-ordinate all the trades and ensure everyone works to the Spruce Standard.
Aftercare
We’ll be working with you throughout the project and, in particular, towards the end of it to ensure you’re happy with the work we produce. We want you to love it!
